Deposit Account Fees

Account Opening Fee Minimum A$500 , subject to Due Diligence.*

Monthly account fee Minimum A$50 per month

Inward payments No charge

Per debit to a/c (TT) A$50 per international transaction + correspondent Bank charges

Audit Fee A$150

Courier / postage A$100

Other services A$100 per hour

*Note: Westminster Bank may require Enhanced Due Diligence on certain clients depending on the type of client, jurisdiction of application and size of the transaction. Clients will be informed about the fee separately prior to finalizing the application.

Enhanced Due Diligence may include, analysis of the initial supporting documents, subsequent AML research on the company’s and/or it’s partner’s business activities, extensive research and other tasks.

Additional fees may apply.

Lending Products – Mortgage products:

Initial Assessment and Review Fee
0.50% of Loan Amount – Refunded if application not accepted, discounted against Application Fee if progressed

Each loan transaction will be subject to:
Application Fee, Documentation & Legal Fee and Service Fee which will be negotiated directly with the customer.
